Delivery
Our free delivery service* is available 6 days a week (excluding Sundays and certain Public Holidays).Cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:
- - Monday to Sunday (including public holidays)
- - Order before 5pm; earliest delivery next day after 10am
- - Order after 5pm; earliest delivery next day after 5pm
Delivery timing:
Monday to Saturday*
- 10am - 1pm
- 1pm - 5pm
- 5pm - 9pm
Whilst all care will be taken to ensure delivery within these allotted time frames, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic situations that are out of our control. If a delivery cannot be made within the designated time frame due to fault of our own, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery at the earliest possible time at no additional charge.
*Excludes certain Public Holidays
*Additional charges will apply to areas like Changi Airport, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Sembawang Wharves
*International delivery is not available
Returns/Refund Policy
If you are reading this page because you have received a cake that you are unhappy with, first of all, we are so sorry that you had to go through a bad experience, be it the process of ordering, delivery or the quality of cake or design.we put a lot of care and heart into our bakes and we are always thankful to be given the chance to be a part of your celebration with loved ones.

We understand that with Covid, the situation is uncertain and evolving on a day-to-day basis.
As such, should your celebrations be affected, please reach out at least 2 days ahead of your delivery date. For cancellation of orders, refunds will not be issued. Instead store credits would be issued for use at a future date.
As much as we’d love to be as accommodating as possible, last minute cancellations of under 2 days will be on a case by case basis, especially since we’d have had to procure ingredients, bake the cakes and schedule drivers to ensure we deliver your order as planned.
